Capitol Hill’s largest new mixed-use project. For this 295-unit community, RCD provided full interior services as well as exterior material and design consultation. 
One Main Street (Bellevue): Interior of condominiums with Gregory Peter Maxwell Architects
Bellevue’s newest boutique condominium. This 10-story tower is located in the heart of Bellevue’s Old Town and features 62 luxury homes.
Legacy at Riverpark (Redmond): designed interiors of apartment in collaboration with EDI Architects/ Johnston Architects
Redmond’s largest new mixed use project was just just completed in February. This $200M master planned development features 319 apartment homes.
